The cross isn’t pretty, but it is beautiful. The suffering that Jesus experienced on our behalf is the greatest display of love in the history of the universe, but to appreciate the light, we need to be aware of the darkness. That’s what this service is about: the darkness before the dawn of Easter and new life. Through scripture readings, music, and video, we will journey into the darkness of the cross. Join us at 7pm on March 29.
Come back Easter morning at 8:30am or 10:45am to celebrate the hope of Jesus—-the light and joy that overcomes the darkness of Good Friday. In between services, at 9:45am, everyone is invited to join us for Easter brunch and a children’s Easter Egg Hunt. Hope to see you there! Got questions? We’ll try to answer them—just contact us!
